All MuscleViber products come with a 12-month warranty to replace or repair anything that may be wrong with your device. To make a warranty claim, please follow these instructions:

  1. Take a clear video of the defect
  2. Submit this form to log a ticket for our support team. Please clearly explain the defect and upload the video to the form.
  3. The MuscleViber team will evaluate your issue. Once approved, further instructions will be sent for you to return your product.
  4. A replacement or repair of your product will be processed once we have received the defective one.

You have 12 months from the date ordered, to process a warranty application.

How long it takes to receive your replacement product?

Once the product(s) have been sent back to us we will inspect the items prior to initiating a refund or exchange. We will contact you via email once a decision has been made in regards to a replacement or repair of your product(s). You can expect an email from us within 1-3 business days, once we have received the product

How to ship product back to supplier?

We ask that when returning product(s) back to us to include all attachments, charging equipment and carry case for the warranty to apply. Please include a tracking number and signature authorisation as we can not be held responsible for any lost goods during the shipping process.

Can I get a refund?

All MuscleViber products also come with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you would like to request a refund within 30 days from the date ordered, please follow the same instructions above with "Refund Request" as the subject in the form.
